If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll help you make it right.

🟡 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

🟡 RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Free from dirt, wear, or damage

  • Apparel: unworn and unwashed

  • Protective gear: unused for safety reasons

  • Proof of purchase required

⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used protective/emergency gear

  • Naloxone-related gear once opened

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital products

🟡 REFUNDS

Once inspected, refunds are sent to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

🟡 EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or replacement, email us and we’ll assist you immediately.
